The Cop Shop On Wheels is a division of The Fair Store, Inc., a Florida corporation located in Perry, Florida. The Fair Store was founded in 1925 by Morris and Ben Glickman, two Russian brothers who migrated across Europe to the United States in the early 1900's to escape the tyranny of the Russian Czar. The business is currently owned by Marsha Glickman Doll Faulkenberry, granddaughter of Morris Glickman, and managed by her husband, Dean Faulkenberry.

For over 60 years, the company has been selling law enforcement accessories and is now able to share its expertise with the rest of the country with The Cop Shop On Wheels. The founding brothers always emphasized that if you sell a good quality product at a fair price, you could stay in business for many generations. After 85 years, that premise rings true today.
